Vision Quest, Inc. Return Policy

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.

If you paid with cash, debit card or check, your money will be refunded in the form of a corporate check within 30 days. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit the account used for payment.

Your return is eligible for refund, only when accompanied by original receipt only. We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns may be refused. Vision Quest Inc. reserves the right to deny any return.

If you paid by check: checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.

You may return new products and cancel unused services within fourteen (14) days after you received your products or are invoiced for the services. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. To receive this number, contact Vision Quest, Inc.

Shipping and handling, delivery and similar fees (included related sales tax) are not refundable. You are responsible for products until Vision Quest, Inc. receives them. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee to return products. Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them. You must return all pre-loaded software with the product to obtain a refund and you may only return pre-loaded software if you choose to return the product.
